increase in voided transactions, a GV-DataCaptureV3 is for you. The Data Capture Surveillance system is a faster, easier solution to resolve these unsolved mysteries that helps stop losses and minimizes the time spent looking through hours upon hours of archived video footage.
A Data Capture Surveillance System will make it easy to find the archived video of voided transactions or any other abnormal events that occur. The Data capture system will overlay register information through your Point of Sale (POS) system onto the video footage as its happening and tell you exactly what is happening on the video feed. You can easily pull this archived history back up by searching for abnormal events, sales data, employee shift schedule, etc.
The Data Capture System works by connecting the GV-Data-Capture device between the PC DVR (or NVR) and the associated POS system. If the distance is over 49ft it will also require an additional GV-Net card for each POS station to ensure the data gets from the POS system to your recording device. Upgrade from a V3 to a V3E Cash Register Interface and add LAN/Internet connectivity for the POS system. A single NVR can have up to 16 POS Data Capture Systems connected to it.
By incorporating a Data Capture device on each of your POS systems, you will save hours of time spent looking through an extensive archive of video footage, reduce losses from employee and customer theft, and raise flags caused by abnormal events.

CCTV systems and IP cameras are great gizmos used to be able to provide protection to people, homes and businesses. Their existence can prevent would be wrongdoers from doing bad things. Purchasing these types of equipment are absolutely worth the cost.
Great information here. POS is a high demand item and integration with a surveillance system is imperative.
